If PianoStep does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, provided the license key has not been activated on all 3 devices.

3. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
Our products are digital (license keys that unlock full-length songs in the game). Once a key has been activated on 3 devices or 14 days have passed, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
If a key fails to activate, we will first fix the issue. If we cannot, you receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
